Most of our orders are sent within seven working days. We have 3 different types of delivery to choose which is most suitable for your order.
Standard parcels:
We aim to deliver standard parcels within the UK within 5-10 days of order.
Recorded (Signed For) :
This service is particularly useful for tracking orders and all orders must be signed for as proof of receiving it.
Special Delivery
Depending on whether you ordered items which are in stock, this express service guarantees delivery to most areas of the UK by 1pm the next working day if ordered before 1pm the day before.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your glasses you may return your them to us for an exchange (once only) or refund within 14 days. Goods must be returned with all packaging and labels intact and in the sane condition as received by you. We will then reimburse the card in which the order was placed with. We do not refund postage costs.
